The tour costs have been fixed on Airfare of Rs.21000/- Ex Mumbai. Rs .24000/- ex Delhi, Lucknow
and Saudi Riyal at the rate of 14.00/-. Any increase in the above rates at the time of
delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from
the passengers as per the prevailing exchange rate of that day

  • Umrah Kit & Passports have to be picked from our Office in Mumbai or Delhi.
  • If you want us to courier them you will have to pay courier charges extra.
  • Subject to BTQ (Basic Travel Quota) passengers only.
  • Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
  • Umrah cost does not include any personal Expenses during Travel.
  • Tour Dates & Prices are subject to change as per Flight and Hotel availability without prior notice.
  • Food will be served on fixed Timings, Any person coming after the specified time will have to arrange his own food.
  • Maximum baggage allowed per person is 30 kgs.
  • Everyone carries his own baggage hence please travel light. Excess baggage fees to be paid by Haji.
  • Fixed timings have to be followed strictly for Ziyarats if any person is delayed more than 15 mins he will be left out and will have to do all ziyarat at his own expenses.

Important Advice :

  • Please arrange for your forex before hand. Officically you can carry only 5000 Indian Rupees outside the country, Hence you have to convert your Indian Rupees to Saudi Riyals before reaching the Airport as doing it on last minute at the Airport will be very very expensive.
  • Please carry an Extra set of Ehram and 3-4 Sets of Slippers.
  • Keep your Money safe, Do not carry excess money for Umrah or Tawaaf.
  • Ladies are adviced not to wear heavy gold jewellery during visit to Haram.
  • Instead of Mineral water try to drink only ZamZam while in Makkah and Madina.
    Its Free and its the Best Available Water on planet Earth.
  • You can fill small bottles with ZamZam while going for every Namaz.
  • Read books on Hajj and Umrah Before travelling.
  • Carry a extra three pin, two pin Adapter for Mobile & Laptop Recharges.
  • Even if you have been to Umrah try to Attend Umrah Training sessions
    conducted by Rahat Travels before travelling.
  • Meet your relatives and friends before going if possible bring them for training sessions.

Payment Plans :

  • 50% of the Total package at the time of Booking with Passports,
    50% 15 Days Before Departure.
  • Payment should be by Cash or Cheque in favour of  "Rahat Travels of India".
  • All payments should be cleared 15 days before departure.

Cancellations : If  Booking Cancelled Before...
30 Days – 15% of the Tour Cost will be charged to the traveller
20 Days -  50%  of  Tour Cost will be charged to the traveller
