Janab:
I performed Umra along with my wife Jamila Khatoon in the month of December 2015 as per your tour programme from Delhi during 11th Dec to 25th Dec 2015.
It is very appreciable that you arranged our tour within a very short notice as I first wrote to by mail on 26th Nov 2015. Mr Imran of Delhi helped me a lot and guided me at every steps to complete the tour formalities through phone call and WhatsApp. No confusion and no trouble during the entire tour.
Arrangement in MAKKA at Saif al Tauba was above the mark. Rooms, food and other arrangements were very good and as per the schedule given to us. People arranging it specially Mr.Faud ware very nice and cooperative. We understand that due to construction work in HARAM and in its nearby area , short distance becomes longer. But we must compromise with it.
Arrangement in Medina at Lu Lu Mubarak was also very good. Hotels were better and foods were same like what we get in Makkah.
Zeyarat tour in Makkah and Medina, although very short but covered all important places to visit.
In order to make journey more comfortable and enjoyable I want to add a few suggestions which I feel to mention.
a) Same persons who were staying in Makkah in a room should be accommodated in Medina hotel also .Group should not be changed.
b) Night journey from Makkah to Medina on Bus should be avoided. In day journey people can enjoy the beauty of deserts, mosques and other places in the way.
I am again giving thanks to you and your team specially, Mr.Imran in Delhi, Mr.Amir in Mumbai and Mr Faud and his team in Makkah and Medina .
I will definitely prefer you agency four future tour and have suggested my friends and relatives to choose your travel agency for their future tours.

our families 7Person incuding my MOM 75years old aged successfully completed our Umrah both holy palaces MAKKAH kabah and MADINAH munwarah (from 17.5.2015 to.31.5.2015) through your travels.
Tour guide had come from MUMBAI to JEDDAH (KSA) airport to receive us as per your instructions. We thank you very much for your kind gesture and may Allah reward you for this benevolent act. Your staff at Makkah and Madinah (Mr Ajmeri) were very nice and helpful. We also met Faud Bhai at Makkah and Madinah and he helped us in booking transport from Makkah to Madinh and Madinah to Jeddah airport. Jeddah airport have some problem for boarding Q no clear arrangement airport authurity.
Our stay in hotels was comfortable, just smalll toilet in MAKKAH saif Al-touba hotel and in Lolot Mubark at Madinah nice room & toilet .and food both hotel its excellent.
Please convey our Salaam and appreciation to your staff, especially Mr Tausif with whom I had interacted many times before we went for Umrah. May Allah bless all of them.
I pray Allah that you continue to help people like me in the holy journey to Makkah and Madinah. I eagerly look forward to another journey for Umrah through your travels.

Selection of M/S Rahat travels was great decission.They delivered what they promissed & mentioned in their brochure & web site. In short we got more than what we had anticpated. Hotel, Food, Transportation, Laundry & above all the atmosphere was great. It looked as if we are in a family. If ALLAH swt blesses us with another chance, insha ALLAH, Rahat will be our choice & We will save lot of time in hunting for the right agency.
My above experience is for deluxe group but I am sure it wold be same for other group.
With this bit of information u can go full steam on booking possible pilgrims.

Thank you for your mail, I was to write mail to you but due to office load I was very busy.
It was a very nice trip, very nice and kind staff, fully guiding,very good food and arrangement .

We are very happy with the arrangement and also I will inform all my friends to avail your services as we were searching this option for long time.
In order to have edge over competitor and little more advantage to hajjis I suggest followings.
1,Madina stay can be 8 days minimum(40 Namaz)
2,Travel from Mecca to Madina in the night will avoid any prayer lose at haram
3,At Mecca option for having accommodation little bit more nearer with extra cost
This are suggestions which will add extra brownie points to your packages
